RECOGNITION of AADITYA's UVW METHODOLOGY

Our working methodology is SIMPLE and POWERFUL. The UVW stand for

U - Universal Reach

V - Values Driven

W - Wisdom Based

What do members and faculty think of AADITYA projects?
The results of the internal Feedback Survey, conducted in March 2006, show an average "overall satisfaction" rating among AADITYA members of 9 out of a possible 10- the highest result among society across the first batch of members that took part in the survey.

Beneficiaries and volunteers were also asked to rate their centre, internally on a number of factors - and the AADITYA also achieved the highest overall score for assessment and feedback, and achieved top places for social, emotional support; creative learning; and for open organisation and management structure.

The core members feels more than satisfied and sometimes feel blissful while imparting services (learning) at such a serene surroundings. The members - beneficiaries relations are based on ancient understanding of Giving Unconditionally and S3S Sadaev - Saadgi, Sewa aur Sahyog. The aura of this can be felt, as you enter the community centre..

How are AADITYA projects regarded by society?
Not only are AADITYA members valued for keeping their social and professional skills, but many sections of society also recognise the dedication needed to sustain and work part-time, besides limited resources available. AADITYA members demonstrate effective living & working (the Ultimate Life) as well as attributes such as attitudes, commitment and ambitions. Social and professional bodies are now taking our efforts very seriously. (We have already submitted a project to CommonWealth Connects as NGO partner with IIT Delhi through Govt. of India)*

The result of this can be clearly seen from the first opportunity that society offered to our first batch of members. Within the first 3 months of learning, they bagged the first order from a leading families in South Delhi Mrs. Sunita and Mrs. Bhattacharya of Aaditya Centre, EOK helped 4 girls from Bindusar Camp, establishing Beauty Parlour and Cutting and Tailoring practice. The Community just praise the efforts of our members.

AADITYA thanks them for giving our members a opportunity to show their recently acquired skills. Just take a look of the website projects-gallery.* coming soon
